Being able to meet shipping timelines and tracking is very important in ensuring the satisfaction of eBay customers. Recently, data collected has shown that some shipping services were not able to meet eBay’s requirements, which resulted in a rise in shipping failures for sellers shipping from Greater China to the United States.
In light of this, on 31 January 2021, some previously approved shipping services will no longer be recognized under the Direct Shipping Policy for Cross-Border Transactions Shipped from Greater China (Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan). Please refer to Table 1 for the list.

Sellers who continue to use unrecognized shipping services will have relevant transactions judged as ‘non-compliant’ transactions under the Direct Shipping Policy for Cross-Border Transactions Shipped from Greater China (Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan).
Note that this change does not impact services (provided by shipping providers) that are not listed in Table 1.
